I hope youall are having a radiant start into 2015! We have come a long way together, let’s make this year even more exciting and uplifting!

I just love to encourage you to live life to the fullest. It is important that we have a healthy appetite for life! Therefor I have put together my  three favorite healthy smoothies recipes. To me personally healthy smoothies are a great addition to a regular diet plan. (Please note by diet plan I refer to a normal balanced eating plan). They allow you to take in a bigger amount of fruit and vegetable at once. And therefore a higher intake of vitamins for your body. To me it is kind of more fun to make my diet plan more level-headed.

I have put together three of my favorite recipes for healthy smoothies that should inspire you and freshen up your lifestyle a little. I hope you try and enjoy them and don’t forget to let me know how it went…

‘I berrish life':

1 handful of raspberries, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 1 teaspoon of honey, 400ml coconut water

Blend ingredients in a kitchen blender between 40-60 seconds. You can use frozen and mixed berries. If you can find those – add frozen ace berries fruit pads. Berries are a part of so-called superfood. I feel all refreshed and energize with this berry tasty drink!

‘Onto greener pastures’ :

1 small cucumber, 1 kiwi, 1 apple, 400ml coconut water, 1 teaspoon of Spirulina powder, 1 scoop of Clean and Lean Beauty Food

We’ve all heard of green smoothies and here is my version – it is for those days I require ‘a little more’ – a little extra kick to boost inner beauty and well – being. As supplement I am using Beauty Food by Clean and Lean which contains Super Greens made of green vegetable and barley grass. Super greens repeatedly promote the health of body cells which is said to help maintaining a youthful look. I believe that many things together – regular exercise , a balanced diet and a joyous lifestyle will do the magic trick.

‘Zen Buddhist’

1 half of honeymelon, 1 carrot, 1 mango, 200ml freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 handful of Goji berries


I really love how the ingredients play together with this one here – this will truly give your taste buds a fruity explosion. I also love the consistence thanks to the Goji berries, you can soak them in beforehand for a couple of hours – it will make it even better.Goji berries also belong to the superfood and have a reputation for being very healthy.

I would think that adding raw fruits and vegetable to your meal plan can never be wrong. All these smoothies do not contain milk or soy and are completely vegan.
